The project is the brainchild of Andrea Ostini, an entrepreneur in the tourism and extra-hotel sector with years of experience in luxury hotels.

After years of experience in the development and management of its own facilities, it opens two facilities that are its core business Campo de' fiori 34 and Terrace 34 and in conjunction with the direct management of various holiday home apartments.

In addition to advising on the opening of guest houses or rooms to let, it also creates ad hoc offers for advising and managing facilities according to the needs of the owner, the facility and the property.

BA offers a consultancy service from the moment you want to open a structure: dealing with renovation work, technical work, furnishing, the SCIA, etc. 

The moment of actual management, then the start up, includes the contracting, the choice of management, the Channel Manager, the choice of personnel, suppliers, the creation of tariffs and the analysis of competitors and all those fundamental operations to optimise the management of one's own structure and which BA enhances with its support and work. 

Management

BA offers the possibility of managing the structure directly, paying a fixed percentage of earnings to the owner.
